More than 200,000 CRIMINAL cases were reported
in Malaysia in 2006*.
Statistically speaking,
an average of 8.5 WOMEN were RAPED daily.
6,000 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE cases were reported.
1.65 PEOPLE were MURDERED daily.
18,000 cases of UNARMED ROBBERY, 5716 cases of
ASSAULT and 9551 cases of SNATCH THEFT and 42343
cases of VIOLENT CRIMES were reported.
(Fast forward to the current year.. the crime rate would have increased by leaps and bounds, basing on current social fears...)

 

Imagine walking to your car one night. Without warning, from out of the shadows, a stranger with a knife pounces out at you! In that split second, what are you going to do? How will you respond? Will you be so gripped with shock and fear that you 'freeze', just like a deer in the middle of a dark road with the glaring headlights of a car bearing down on it? And what if your loved ones were with you? How will you defend them then? 

Your life, and that of your loved ones may well depend on you knowing some form of self protection!

SELF DEFENSE IS KNOWLEDGE!

Our Methodology of self defense and self protection aims to provide you the answer in the way that we know best. This is NOT a martial arts class or a kung-fu or karate system, even though we do teach you physical martial skills in protecting yourself. Our lessons are based in and around our A.R.M. Philosophy (which is to "Avoid", "Respond" and "Minimize").

What You Will Need To Wear Is A Good T-Shirt And Trackbottom or Sweat Pants. Bring Along A Towel And A Bottle Of Water. In The Midst Of Learning Some Useful Self Defense Information And Skills, You will Also Have A Good, Fun Workout For Your Health And Fitness!

Classes are available every Wednesday night in Petaling Jaya (SS19, click on "LOCATION & FACILITIES" for map) at 8pm
