ARM Self Defense Classes are held on Wednesday
nights at 8pm at the following location :- |
| The Gym is well equipped, brightly lit and airy with tatami mat flooring that provides protection against injuries. Mirrors are available to help enhance training for techniques, including focus pads, air shields and kick bags for a good workout. |
